COVID-19 Update from BankVic, 18 March 2020

A message from Anthony de Fazio, BankVic CEO.

Following the recent announcement by the World Health Organisation regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) being a global pandemic, I want to assure you that BankVic is closely monitoring the situation and responding as necessary.

The Coronavirus outbreak is changing rapidly, and as we would expect during this time, there is a high level of community concern.

Please be assured that we remain focused on continuing to support the banking needs of our members, and protecting the health and wellbeing of our members, team and the community.

Ways of banking

All BankVic branches currently remain open with new hygiene practices in place. We are monitoring how access to our branches might be impacted and will advise of any changes to branch operations.

We’re also available over the phone on 13 63 73 from 8am-7pm Monday to Friday and 9am-12pm on Saturday. You can access your accounts anytime and anywhere via internet banking, phone banking and the BankVic App.
